JET STREAM Store offers refunds on digital products and services under specific conditions. We strongly recommend trying our service with a trial before making any purchase.
Refund Conditions:
Refund requests due to non-delivery cannot be processed within the first 24 hours after purchase. Payment confirmation and login details are typically provided within this timeframe. For assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected].
Refunds for partial subscription periods may be granted depending on the duration the service was used.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
The customer does not like the channel or VOD selection.
The customer found another service and prefers to switch.
The customer refuses to use the troubleshooting or solutions we offer.
The customer refuses to use the recommended IBO Pro Player app or claims incompatibility with other third-party apps. If the service works properly on the IBO Pro Player, it is considered fully functional.
The customer continues to use the service after requesting a refund. To be eligible for a refund, service use must stop immediately after notifying us.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds paid via credit card usually take 20 to 31 business days to appear in the customer’s bank account.
In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days to process. We are not responsible for these delays as we are the service provider, not the payment processor.
While we strive to process refunds promptly upon receiving and verifying requests, the final timing depends on the payment processor.
Channel Performance and Technical Issues:
Although our servers are generally stable, occasional channel freezes, buffering, or outages may occur. Our technical team works continuously to resolve these issues.
Common causes of such problems include:
Fluctuating customer internet connections.
Issues with the customer’s device, apps, or setup.
Internet Service Provider (ISP) problems.
Channel downtime on the server side.
Customer switching between servers or withdrawing service.
Scheduled server updates or restarts for maintenance.
