Conditions:
- Our website displays a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. We strongly encourage customers to initiate refund requests within this initial 30 days period. After this time frame, refund requests will not be considered or processed.
- Please note that refund requests due to non-delivery cannot be processed within the first 24 hours. We confirm the payment immediately and provide login information within this time frame. Contact our support team for help at [email protected] .
- Any service-related problems , either from our side or due to external factors, reported after 24-hour from the time of purchase will not be eligible for refund or claim.
- All other refund requests will be returned in part according to the period used for the subscription.
We will not send refunds or make partial refunds if:
- The customer did not like the channel or VOD selection.
- The customer found another service.
- The customer refuses to use the solutions we offer if he/she has problems.
- The costumer refuses to use the IBO pro player app or incompatibility with other third-party apps. If the service functions properly within the IBO pro player app, it is considered fully operational.
- The customer continues to use the service after requesting a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must stop using the service immediately upon notifying us of their intention to seek a refund.
How long does it take to get a refund?
- If you paid by credit card, refunds are usually processed and the money returned to the debit card in the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days.
- However, there are cases where a refund takes longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these time frames and delays. We are not the payment provider, we are just the IPTV service provider.
- Each refund usually takes 20 to 90 working days to take place and it is not in our hands to reduce this period. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We will do our best to refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.
If some channels freeze, buffer or sometimes do not work:
Although almost all our servers are stable, sometimes some channels freeze or do not work due to various reasons, but it is not too permanent. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.
Most of the times these problems are temporary and caused by the following reasons:
- Fluctuations in customers’ internet.
- Problem with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
- Your ISP has a problem.
- The channel is down from the server end.
- The customer changed his mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers.
- Server update/restart from our side (weekly performance required).
